“As you know, one of the fundamental principles and laws of the African Union, which the South African Development Community is that we neither accept nor accept any unconstitutional change of government,” reports “BBC”, report Periscope.
Jacob Zuma of South Africa is currently the head of the 15-member organisation, which was founded in 1992.
