Abrashi reacts for the first time, talks about election results

The LDK's candidate for Pristina chairman, Arban Abrashi, has reacted for the first time after counting conditional and postal votes, which the VV candidate, Shpend Ahmeti, was issued.

Dear citizens of Pristina,

We are awaiting the announcement of final results by the CEC, however, I want to thank you from the heart all of you 41879 voters for your support, you who believed in my vision and programme for Pristina developed city.

Me and you, together, insist that the recount take place because this process would remove any dilemma and preserve citizens' confidence in the election process and the final outcome of this process. The recounting does not violate anyone's right, his refusal without a clear legal basis against our testimony, while it violates my right and voters whose votes seem to have been manipulated.

Recounting has also occurred in Kosovo, there is no need to be intimidated by this process. Therefore, we are considering all legal opportunities to achieve recounting as the only mechanism that corrects and fits the final results of the Pristina mayor's election!
