The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, through a communique for the media, has said that on the basis of yesterday's results in the Rahovec municipality, its candidate, Smajl Latifi, has won with narrow results in the runoff of local elections.
In yesterday's run-off election for the chairman of the Rahoveci municipality, the AAK candidate, Mr. Smajl Latifi, following an extraordinary and convincing performance throughout the campaign, managed to win the race for mayor of this municipality. In yesterday's election, Mayor Latifi received 10 thousand and 483 votes, while his counter-Candidate Idriz Vehapi e The PDK, 10 thousand and 197 votes, so the gap is 286 votes, while 262 votes on bail are uncounted”, AAK said in a media communique.
The results in several portals for allegedly changing the outcome in this municipality and the possibility of losing this municipality from the AAK, we see them as inaccurate and biased, especially when we have in mind that the victory of Smajl Latif is 286 different votes, even if all 262 conditional votes go against the challenge, yet Smajl Latifi is victorious”, the AAK communique concluded.
