The last session was held in May, while the Constitutional Court in Pristina has not yet scheduled a new session.
Why is it that at the last hearing the court has read the indictment that has already turned to zero because of violations committed during this hearing?
Since the Court of Appeals has concluded that at the hearing when the indictment was read, violations of the Criminal Procedure Code will be returned to the reading.
