University Rector in the southeastern province of Adyaman has confirmed that holding hands with an unmarried woman was the most terrible “that keeping something hot”, reports “Hurriyet Daily News”, broadcast Periscopi.
In a joint position in social media, Professor Mustafa Talha Gönulü, Rector of Adıyan University, asked whether it was religious and allowed to speak hand to an unmarried woman.
The hand of an unmarried woman who is touched by a man is forbidden by religion. In this regard, an unmarried man cannot shake his hands with an unmarried woman. Our prophet had stated that holding the hand of an unmarried woman was more terrible than keeping a fire and told them that those who hold the hand of someone who are not married will go to hell fire”, Gönulü wrote.
He also claimed that the “walking with someone's fiancé and standing together alone” was strictly forbidden by religion and was a great sin.
But Gönüllü said it was allowed for elderly men and women to shake hands where their <x0->an emotional vanished”.
