A couple of spouses have boarded a crane on the left near the Palace of Culture in Tirana and threaten to end their lives.
The two citizens in question threaten to jump from the height since 7:30 this morning. It is learned that the man has been identified as Ferdinand Saraci, and the woman as Teuta Ginner.
The causes of the couple are not yet known to undertake such an extreme adventure in the early hours of the morning. They seek to get there Tirana Mayor Erjon Veliaj and Education Minister Lindita Nikola, but without specifying why.
