A convict of vote theft won 35 per cent of the vote in Elez's Hanin municipality in local elections held Sunday.
Florim Shreta from the PDK won 1,728 votes in Han, Elez, but failed to prevent independent candidate Rufki Suma from winning the majority of votes in this municipality.

Florim Shreta, the PDK's presidential candidate of Elez's Khan municipality, was convicted of voter fraud.
The Foundation Court in Ferizaj, according to the indictment of March 11th 2014, due to the criminal fraud of the vote, had convicted and tried prison sentences of six months' length of Florim Shkreta.
The court had found that the Shretta had reduced former Prime Minister Hashim Thaci's votes and Fatmir Limaj's winning votes.
