If citizens are prevented from voting, then the same can address these institutions and organisations that are on the alert: KSHZ municipal commissions, KSHS monitors, MOST monitors, CIVIL monitors, embassy monitors of foreign states in Macedonia, police that are ahead of any decision, Public Prosecution, Helsinki Committee and O SBE-ODIHR.
The election appearance is expected to be larger on this election day for the second district, where it is located for 35 municipalities.
