Tomorrow, sessions will continue against four Kosovo Parliament deputies from the Vetevendosje movement ranks, Albin Kurti, Donika Cadaj-Bujupi, Albulen Haxhiu and Faton Topalli, who are accused of tear gas in the Assembly dropped on December 16th 2015.
At the previous hearing, the chairman of the court, Becir Kaluldra, issued the ordinance for the forced conduct of Caday-Bujupi Kurt.
If Kurt refuses to act under compulsion, he could also be arrested.
The release of this ordinance resulted from the absence of these two indictees until the other two accused Albulen Haxhiu and Faton Topalli were present.
At the guest session in witness quality were coalition deputies PAN, Blerta Deliu, Flora Brovina and Bekim Haxhiu, also injured in this judicial process.
The prosecution claims Deliu, Brovina and Haxhiu have suffered slight bodily injuries from tear gas activated in the Parliament by Vetevendosje colleagues.
But, in addition to the absence of Cadaj-Buypathate Kurt, the last session also missed the deputy Brovina, for which the ordinance was issued for forced behaviour.
Judge Becir Kaluldra had stressed that all had been regularly invited, and he felt that they did not reason for the absence.
As a result of the absence of indictees, the next session was scheduled for tomorrow, October 10th.
Vetevendosje's four deputies are accused of using the weapon or dangerous means and obstructing the official person in carrying out the official task.
Albin Kurti has also missed other hearings of this trial, while Judge Becir Kaluldra has issued a warrant for arrest, which he had suspended at the time of the elections because Kurti was a candidate for Vetevendosje prime minister.
Some of the deputies who had been invited as witnesses also missed last November session.
Kaluldra, the day he issued arrest warrants for Kurti, fined Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselin and several other deputies who did not come at the April 21st session of this year, even though according to Kalulder, they were invited to testify.
The act against Vetevendosje deputies for tear-throwing was established on December 16th 2015.
