Tome Gashi's case of beating his wife goes to Prosecution

Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Imer Beka's chief prosecutor, Imer Beka, has confirmed to KALLXO.com that the prosecution has accepted criminal outcry from the police station over allegations that Tome Gashi has beaten his wife.

The criminal threat to the case in question is recorded with the number 6094/17. That woman didn't have the confidence to go home that night, elsewhere she spent the night, it was pretty serious that domestic violence”, Beka told KALLXO.com.

On September 28th this year, at 20:20, the Kosovo Police reported domestic violence.

“K/Albanian has reported physically assaulted by her husband. The male suspect K/Albanian has been interviewed in the case and the competent prosecutor has been notified. No reported arrest”, said the 24-hour police report, which KALLXO.com has learned is about Tome Gashi's wife.

It becomes known that the suspect was not detained by police, but was released in regular procedure.

KA LLXO.com also contacted the prosecutor of the case, Remuz Latiff.

Asked by KALLXO.com whether there is a decision on the beginning of the investigation, prosecutor Latifi said he has not yet opened the subject.

I have a little older classes, I didn't pick up that subject that it arrived two or three days ago. Nothing has been developed yet, said prosecutor Latifi.

KA LLXO.com has also contacted the suspect Gashi, who widely denied attacking his wife.

“I'm still no comment, I have said it didn't happen”, Gashi said.
