The convicted of corruption in the case of “Tolaj”, Arian Lleshi, has been sorry “to have pleaded guilty before being charged by the prosecution two years ago, writes Koha Ditore today.
He, on Thursday in his trial against former Ministry Secretary Ilir Tolaj and others, has said the former prosecutor of this case, Admir Shala, has not announced in advance what he was being accused of. Now he has made these comments in the quality of the witness.
The signing of the plea agreement, through which it was forced to pay back 400 thousand euros to the ministry, is claiming to have done so without the lawyer's presence.
