The Ministry of Health still has no idea what it will do with dozens of doctors whose four months the courts have cancelled their professional work decision today, Koha Ditore writes.
Two degrees of the court have named this decision illegal. The decision made by former Health Minister Ferid Agani has enabled doctors to take the professional title without meeting the necessary conditions.
There are two cases in which doctors have been enabled. First, a doctor has been able to take the title of a threshing floor professional even if he has not specialized in it but has worked in that field for over five years. Second, a doctor has been able to take the title of a song specialist if he doesn't specialize in it, but he has received a degree of medical or science magistrate in that field.
