The Teen in Korca is raped by neighbor

A 20-year-old was sexually abused in her home by a young man in Korca City.

P. Twenty-four, resident of Korca, was arrested yesterday by Crime Department specialists at the Korca Police Commissioner, following the indictment filed by the raped girl.

The 20-year-old appeared at the commissioners in shock, saying the 24-year-old had barely entered her apartment, taking advantage of a moment she was alone and raped her.

It is also learned that 24-year-old and girl lived in the same neighborhood.

In connection with the case, materials were passed to the Judiciary District Attorney for Criminal Work: “Sexual Relations With Violence with Adults” envisioned by Article 102 of the Penal Code.

His arrest took place after, on the date 03.10,2017, this citizen was allegedly forced into the residence of a 20-year-old citizen and committed with the latter, sexual violence.
