Tahiri: Courts have not always documented cases of conflicts of interest

In an interview for Voice of America, Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has said that the Judiciary Institutions, even the Prosecutors, have not always managed to document cases where any high official has had a conflict of interest with any particular issue, during or after the end of the mandate.
Meanwhile, Arton Demhay from the Anti-Corruption Organisation “Arise” says this bill would also enable preventing corruption.
