Is this the best speech during the campaign in Kosovo?

The Vetevendosje movement in Kacanik has held the central closing rally. In their speech, Vetevendosje leaders urged the Kacanians to mobilise, as in the June 11th elections.

Vetevendosje's presidential candidate Basri Kodra, ahead of VVU's sympathisers, has given a speech with which he made comparisons, has denounced the abuses in the PDK-led municipality, and has informed citizens of his plan for change and development.

During these campaign weeks, we as activists and candidates for assemblyists have had many meetings and gatherings of citizens. Wherever we went and with everyone we met, we heard of similar troubles. The subject of all complaints is this: we are forgotten by the municipality; we have been sidelined by this power; we are neglected by this government!

Officials of a municipality who forget their own citizens,

should be forgotten by citizens on Election Day;

A power that leaves its citizens,

should be side-sided by citizens;

A government neglecting its citizens,

It's a government that citizens have given up on.

This forgotten regime, which neglected its citizens, will be forgotten, neglected, and punished on Sunday, October 22.

This type of power has a distinctive feature.

For failures on national issues blame international politics:

When they changed their name, the anthem and the flag, they blamed Ahtisaari,

When the national union itself was banned, the international factor was blamed.

For failings in local affairs, the blame is flat.

They blamed the climate that made them dry!

For pollution of the environment and technology;

For failings in education blame the curriculum,

And the health failure device.

But that won't happen again, because on October 22nd we will punish these powers and take them home forever.

As we win, we will work well fair, fair and transparently.

We will not blame heaven or earth, the season or climate, or the Ferizay or the Entrance,

We'll work for the joint with professionalism, with ethical responsibilities

with patriotic high feelings.

Through the Ministry of Education, we will consider opportunities to open professional profiles in line with the needs and needs of companies, services and local institutions.

The students will be by their side so that we can ease social inequality in free uniforms and scattered scholarships.

We'll heal education and educate health!

With systematic health visits for students at every school and legalisations on prevention and health care, we will improve students ' health.

We'll put the patient in the spotlight by increasing the quality of primary health care.

We're going to provide medical services in special multidisciplinary care,

We'll cover the ground by functioning the dots and systematically implementing the visits,

We'll add medical and laboratory services.

The lack of professionalism is a trade.

Capital investment priorities place them at Manny's,

Public hearing will not only be in urban areas but also rural areas.

We'll go to the citizens whenever we have jobs, and they need them.

Developing cultural, historical and environmental-malal tourism is an added opportunity for the economic development of Kacanik.

Enhancing subsidies in agriculture in the fields of permity, forestry, livestock, and beekeeping will enable the creation of small family economies,

which would cover the city's needs as well as tourism.

The exiles will be involved in municipal activities,

from economic and investment to health and education.

Sports and cultures have been forgotten, just like some ancient villages.

Saving tenders and manipulation of the employment competition for them is sport,

And thieves and corruption are culture:
