Shpend Ahmeti shows who he will co-operate with in Pristina

The Vetevendosje Movement candidate for Pristina chairman and current mayor of this municipality, Shpend Ahmeti, in an interview for Periscope, shows which parties he will co-operate with for the runoff race, where he will face LDK) candidate Arba Abashi. Ahmeti has said that during past governance they were in the coalition [...]
Ahmeti has said that during past governance, he was in coalition with the New Kosovo Alliance and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, so he would not mind co-operating with them again.
He cited two other small parties, with which he said he could co-operate.
We've been in the coalition with the AKR and it's not a problem to cooperate. The directors of the AKRA today work for my government. There's an increase in VVU. This cooperation resulted from the AAK's AKR. We're open to cooperation with the AKR. AAKA, Initiative and Movement for the Union”, Ahmeti said.
He also spoke of the AKRRA candidate condition for Pristina, Selim Pacolli, who in an interview for Periscope, had said his only condition for co-operation with any of the parties is the guarantee of implementing his programme.
“Selim has campaigned that is acceptable in nature, since it has not attacked, but has made the programme presentation. We have cleaned up the environment, and we too have built new parks. We would like to continue working with the AKR. After the elections, the coalition agreement is inevitable because we want to have as many assemblies as possible. We already have the opportunity to become majority with the parties we have governed. Given the results of the first round, we think we will win in the November 19th elections,”, Ahmeti said further during the Periscope interview.
He said he would not implement the model of governing the partitioning of the breadcatch.
“Governance will be integral. When you're in a coalition with someone, discuss with them. Not the rule of separation of bread. Of course, we're open to the record of any problems for Pristina, we're talking about parks, stadiums and all. The only problem is sustainability because of its cost. We will discuss every programme, co-operative and aim for Pristina, and anything that improves the lives of citizens”, Ahmeti said./Periscopi
