Scientists now believe they have solved the mystery of the <x0-megastructural alien”, which issued strange signals from the star Tabby.

The star's attempts revealed that he was turning alternatively, paving the way for conspiracy theories that a kind of unknown civilization was managing with star energy.

According to the new study published in the Astrophysical magazine, the cloud of cosmic dust may have orbited the star every 700 days, causing light from the star periodically to fade.

Observations now show that the star's ultraviolet light was less pale than its infrared rays.

Juan Meng, the head of research at Arizona University, said it refutes theories on alien megaFOR.

The team has used two NASA telescopes to observe the Tabby star, officially known as KIC 8462852 since October 2015 to March 2017, with the aim of measuring ultraviolet and infrared radiation.

“We have found from ultraviolet rays, through visible spectrum, to infrared rays, that the star fades at any wave length we've monitored. There can be nothing from the inter-media”, he said.

The star is located 1,400 light-years from Earth and has put astronomers in dilemma since its discovery in 2015, KosovoPress broadcasts.
