The head of the PZAP Secretariat said they cannot come up with pronomials before they are examined by the panel and the decision is made for each in particular.
Descu indicated that PZAP deals only with complaints based on evidence and that they do not monitor candidates if they break electoral silence or not, Klan Kosova reports.
