A public hearing should be held at the Supreme Court today in case “Monstra”. Earlier, the session was to be held on September 12th, but it was canceled because police did not bring one of the five accused to the five-fold murder in Lake Smilkova.
The judges at the public hearing should review complaints of life prison sentences, which the accused pronounces to you the Constitutional Court, while confirming the Court of Appeals as well, submits Telegrafi Macedonia.
In this case before the Supreme Court, prosecutor Ljiljana Spasovska, who was previously appointed as a fraud of the public prosecutor's office instead of Marko Zvrlevski.
The five accused were sentenced to life in prison for murder on Lake Smilkov, which occurred on April 12, 2012
