State prosecutor reacts to the article that the Lumez Jurisprudence exam was manipulated

The state prosecutor has reacted against “Justice Vow” and “Time Net” over the news issue issued in the 7: 00 p.m. and 1100 journal, dated October 24th 2017 in KTV, entitled “Provation of Lumez Jurez manipulated”.

Response: 

Regarding the news issue in the journal at 7:00 and 11:00 on October 24, 2017 on KTV, entitled “Provation of Lumsudence manipulated”, I ask KTV to publish this communique with the aim of objective and fair information of public opinion.

Alexander Lumez, the law test, has been presented to the competent commission for the release of the Kosovo Jurisprudence exam with which he has received the certificate for this exam on April 25, 1991, with a protocol number, 02 No.152-10790, date 06.05.1991.

This certificate presents official document that serves to prove that the jurisdictional exam, Alexander HAPPINESS has been given before the competent commission at the time and place mentioned in the document. The certificate is equipped with the appropriate seal and the signing of the commission's chairman for the exam's hand in question. The exam is also confirmed by the original book on a test of jurisdiction for 1986-1992, which is found in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kosovo. This confirmation of these facts can be brought down only by the decision of a formal form of competent court and in no other way.

Each quasi, the research of anyone who was officially convicted and sentenced by the Constitutional Court in Pristina for the specific criminal work, committed at the time of the Pristina University's exercise of Rector, only want to divert attention from the fact and scandalousness of his act of counterfeiting the contract to translate university books.

Otherwise, it is a notary fact that the file to give the Jurisprudence exam has prepared and handed to the archive the institution before which the candidate passed the exam, without the possibility of the candidate intervention in question, in this case of Alexander Lumez.

Even sound logic itself shows that interest in manipulation with the archive lies, as it was said, in people who want to achieve certain goals by manipulating public opinion.

I also consider that, with the publication of this communique, every other debate about the matter is on my part.
