Kosovo Initiative MP Milaim Zeka has been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours after his arrest during today.
“M.Z has been detained for 48 hours for the criminal offense or organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 283 paragraph 1 over criminal acts of fraud from Article 335 paragraph 5 concerning paragraph 1 of KPRK, and avoid taxing from Article 313 paragraph 3 concerning KPRC chapter 1 --1x>, said Ekrem Lutfi, Prosecutorial Council spokesman
Lutfiu added that “M.Z These actions are allegedly involved in the organised criminal group in defrauding citizens who have applied for working visas in Germany”.
Kosovo Police have also confirmed that today they have arrested Kosovo Initiative deputy Milaim Zeka.
