The prosecution wants 40 days in custody for “gynicintin” until the decision about his extradition

Special Prosecutor Ali Rexha has told KTV that the request for his extradition from the Turkish state was made after he allegedly participated in last July's coup.
Rexha has indicated that he has demanded Tuxoyt to be appointed detention, as scheduled for 40 days, in which time the judge must decide on his extradition or not.
Tuxoy, in Kosovo, has been engaged at the “Atmosphera” foundation as educator.
