Bread and electricity prices have increased in Kosovo compared to a year ago, statistics published by the Kosovo Statistics Agency (ASK) show.
According to the report released days ago by the ASS, titled “Consumption Awards Harmony”, notes that the price of bread in Kosovo has increased by a (1) percent, compared to a year ago.
Also, according to the AKS, there was a price hike in electricity. Kosovo's electricity tariff has risen dramatically to 27 percent, compared with September last year, says Insander.

The growth of consumer prices is noted in sub-groups: bread and cereals (1.0%), meat (1.1%), oils and fats (3.5%), trees (6.0%), sugar and sweets (4.5%), coffee, tea and cacao (9.5%), tobacco (7.4%), shoes (4.0%), currents, gas and other fuels (17.1%)<1>, the report published by the AKS.
Meanwhile, lower prices compared with last year have been in car purchases of 1.7 percent and bylmet products.
The country's overall harmonised consumer prices index is higher for 0.1% in September 2017 compared to August 2017. The estimated inflation rate in September 2017 with September 2016 was 1.7%.
