The first victim reportedly was found shot on the last floor of the building under construction, as police reported hearing and shooting.
Police have still failed to identify the handouts, as this case is still being investigated, while the SWAT teams have been seen in action, infiltrated the building where the act of crawls took place and encountered the second victim.
Other employees of the company claim the first person found dead was a disgruntled former employee after being fired several days ago.
