From the election process held yesterday across Kosovo's entire territory, the Democratic Party of the seven largest centres in the country, led to three in Prizren, Mitrovica and Ferizaj.
Chairman The PDK simultaneously head of the Parliament, Kadri Veselini, declared today that they are sure they will win in these three municipalities in the runoff, with the trust of citizens, because the PDK's programming platform is oriented towards improving the lives of citizens and at the same time empowering those cities.
He has added that no one should be disappointed with the election outcome, because Kosovo has given the seal that there is no hesitation in its Western orientation.
Wessel made these comments after the Assembly of the Parliament's Headship, where the next session meeting, which will be held on Wednesday for a review of the 2017 budget.
Wessel: In three out of the seven largest municipalities, we are a committed party ahead
“We have a beautiful lead in the best municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, or in three of the seven larger municipalities, we are the only party that is firmly ahead, and we are confident that we will win with the trust of citizens always, because our programming platform is oriented towards improving the lives of citizens and at the same time empowering those cities”, Wessel declared.
With election process held on 22 October, head of The PDK said that what is more positive is that Kosovo has mostly won.
I believe that on the 22nd, what is most positive, it is that Kosovo has mostly won, we have made a very good signal, in the first place in the process which has been extraordinary and the second aspect is Western orientation. Kosovo has given the seal that there is no hesitation in its Western orientation. We're all happy, who's unhappy shouldn't be, that's the will of citizens”, said Wessel.
Other members of headship have not been declared to the media. The House session will be held at 10:00.
