Kosovo's first Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli, has said his visit to Montenegro, in the quality of Kosovo's top diplomat, has not been made on the issue of demarcation of the border between the two countries.
My “Visita in Montenegro has not been to negotiate demarcation, and has been mistranslated”, Pacolli said at RTV Dukaagjini.
According to him, the visit to Montenegro, in late September, was for “Kurtuazi”.
I have a very good relationship with Montenegro's Foreign Affairs Minister, and I thank him that at every summit and meeting where I have been he has jealously defended Kosovo”, Pacolli has indicated.
He has stressed that a visit has also been scheduled to Macedonia, but because of meetings in New York, they have decided that this visit will take place on October 25th.
