There is fear that Kim Jong is capable of hitting the American continent, but is this area completely safe from his anger?

But Argentinian coastal resort, Mar del Plata was identified by “ABC News” in Australia as the most distant point of land that cannot be affected by the tyranny's nuclear anger.
People there are enjoying the news that they can be safe from Kim's missiles, while rumours that World War III is on the verge continue to grow frighteningly.
