Canolly said that during the summer they have made preparations and are in the final phase of testing for Sunday to start heating.
He said the heat will take place by April 15th of next year. According to him, neighborhoods that have had heating systems even earlier will be heated, but part of the residents of B Street.
He said they are in agreement with the European Commission to expand the heating network even in some buildings in centres that are currently not involved in Ulpiana, as well as on B Street several buildings and some in Kalabria neighbourhood.
