Kosovo's Cadastral Agency exposes the news that it has accepted any government decision to ban any of its activities, or to have accepted a government decision establishing the government's “allegations of parallel” activity related to the demarcation.
Kosovo's Cadastral Agency says it is obliged to respect the Government's decisions, but clarifys that until such a decision has not been taken, it will continue its reform mandate assigned with laws in force.
Full response:
Explaining the news published in the daily “Koha Ditore” and later conveyed by other mediamen, titled “the government doubts that Meha is developing parallel activities around demarcation”.
Kosovo's Cadastral Agency exposes the news that it has accepted any government decision to prevent any of its activities, or to have accepted a government decision where the government allegations of parallel “activities”, just as they allow to understand the article's title in question.
What the Agency has accepted is a requirement that the State Commission for the Mark and Maintaining of the State Border (KSHSHMKSH), respectfully chairman of the Commission. Speeding up Bulqi has addressed the prime minister's office and through which “is required so that the Kosovo Cadastral Agency does not take action or activities inside or abroad, which would parallel the work of the Commission”.
The mandate of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency is regulated with laws in force, and the Agency only operates within its mandate.
Kosovo's Cadastral Agency does not, nor has there been any activity associated with the work of K SICK.
On the other hand, we explain that the suspension of AKK activities cannot happen, because it would cause chaos in the maintenance of property registers, stop providing property and cadastral services to citizens and institutions of the Republic of Kosovo at the state level, and other damage which can by no means be allowed. Kosovo's Cadastral Agency is obliged to respect government decisions, while until such a decision has not been made, it will continue its reform mandate with laws in force.
