Lumez becomes chairman of the Commission for Proving Jurisprudence, Hasan had charged him with counterfeiting

Alexander Lumez has been appointed chairman of this commission, while his deputy will be Besim Kelmendi.
Commission members are:
Alexander Lumez ? chairman of the commission, prosecutor in criminal law class, Deputy Besim Kelmendi;
Prof.dr. Hadzi Gashi ? member, civil law questionnaire Albert Zogaj;
Nebojsa Boriqiq ʹ members, interrogators in the trade rights class, Deputy Cerkin Berisha;
Prof.dr. Kadri Kryeziu a member, interrogator in constitutional law, organising Kosovo's judicial system, the foundations of the European Union system and human rights, deputy Cukalofovic;
Enver Peci members, job rights questionnaire and Administrative Rights Deputy Emine Soek.
The proposal will be processed for review and approval by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo.
While days ago ex-rector of UPP and former head of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo Enver Hasani, who was sentenced to one year in prison because of forging documents, had accused chief Lumez prosecutor of counterfeiting the jurisdictional exam.
Hasan had sent a document on media in which he says there is evidence that chief state prosecutor Lumezi has forged the jurisdictional exam, which allows a lawyer to exercise the profession of attorney, judge and prosecutor.
He had already done a self-search that he sent to the states of Quintus, representatives of Kosovo's partner institutions: EU, EC and OSCE.
