Loyal Chicken: Those who say that Vetevendosje lost the election are comparing apples to tidbits

Renowned analyst Besnik Pula, in a writing on the Sbonker blog, has applied to interpreting the results of the Municipal Elections. Pack, a large part of analysts and part of public opinion, had made LDK victorious, and lost Vetevendosje compared these results to those of the June 11th National Elections.
But Pula believes that such comparison of numbers, which was made by the leader of LDK and that of PDK is completely wrong. This is because, as he notices, the context changes in whole. This seemingly simple mathematical account ignores the fact that the political context of local elections is different from that of national elections; that the motive of the vote differs, both from the issues that arise (communal, nonnational) and the form of vote mobilization, which is more direct and, in the context of Kosovo, depending more on the personal and family ties that become especially highlighted in local contexts. ” He writes.
Another reason, to avoid comparing ʹmolls with tirdaʹ (the author's word in question), is the fact that in Kosovo, voters in local elections are constantly more significant than in national elections. This is also because of the relatively tribal and family character our society has.
