At the school facilities where the polling stations will be located, election material was distributed from 10 o'clock today, making the last preparations for tomorrow.

We've started since 10 p.m. distributing the materials at 86 locations in the Cair municipality. For the sick, we had number 28, now 30 others, 58 people to vote were present. Everything's fine, there's no problem -- said Xhemil Idrizi, chairman of the Municipal Commission Cair.

By the KSHZ, they have announced that today the vote's right is 539 voters in prisons and 1,435 people are sick. While in the Idrizovo prison, 524 voters for 26 municipalities in the second district were on the poll list.

The right to vote today has 524 prisoners. So far, 30 %s of them have voted in 26 municipalities in the second district. In the first circle, we had 955 prisoners -- Sonja Stojanovska said.

As have been announced by the KSHZ, voting rights in the second round of local elections have 833.716 voters, at 1,517 seats, in 35 municipalities. Also indicated by this institution that 5,101 local observers, 473 foreigners and 20 foreign journalists have been publicly accredited for the second round of elections.
