The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtres has found it based on a BIRN and Internews Kosovo complaint against the candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Burim Berisha, for involvement of persons under the age of 18 in the election campaign.
“Paneli from the photos offered as evidence by the complaint-rider, which is found in the subject paperwork, has undoubtedly ascertained that Burim Berisha, the candidate for head of Fushe-Kosovo from the LDK ranks, used children at his political rally during the” election campaign, says in the PZAP decision.
The decision states that the LDK has reasoned, saying someone without their knowledge has worn and brought children to take pictures with the mayor, and he has agreed to take pictures with them in courtesy.
Previously, it was reported on the Democratic Party of Kosovo sentence of 3,500 euros since children were involved in the candidate spot for Pristina.
Even the Vetevendosje Movement has been convicted following the complaint of BIRN and Internea Kosova over violating the Code of Goodwill by Pristina's presidential candidate, Shpend Ahmeti.
