The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtres -- PZAP has found it based on the complaint filed by BIRN and Internews Kosova, through which it presented itself as a Gazmend Muharjer resident was placed within the courtyard of the public nursery.
The LDK, the branch in Pec, has argued that the billboard was located with Komuna permission and that it was exclusively dedicated to advertising and that the photograph is off-limits and that the complainer has tried to minimize the distance.
PZAP has not found the pleas of the complainer backed, and as a result, it has imposed the fine of 1,100 euros. /Call. com/
