B. Gashi claims that her husband, Tome Gashi, physically attacked him on the Thursday of 28 September, while reporting to the police that her lawyer's husband has hit her with boxing on the head.
In the police report provided by Online Insander, it becomes known that B. Gashi has reported the case to police on Friday, a day after allegedly occurring Thursday night.
B. Gashi has told the police that her husband attacked her at around 8:00. As 51-year-old for police has said, Tome Gashi has hit him with boxing on the head and on the ribs, reports Insander.
“Index B. Gashi has reported to the police that following a dispute with her husband, suspect Tome Gashi, the same man physically attacked him by boxing on the head and on the ribs on the left hand”, the police report said in question.
As highlighted in the Kosovo Police Report, B. Gashi has also received medical assistance after the incident. While lawyer Gashi has been interviewed by police while denying to have attacked his husband.

Police have stressed “related to this case relevant units have been announced QPS and witness protection unit, as well as Attorney Warden from the General Department. ”
Gashi is defending his client, MP Krasniqi, for a similar physical attack that occurred on the same day that the lawyer's wife has filed the case with the police.
