Kurti has a message for Haradinaj concerning the Ricalo case

Vetevendosje Movement MP Albin Kurti, at the Kosovo Assembly session, has said that residents' charges of violence for Agriculture Minister Nenad Ricalo should not fall on Government or the institutions, but on the Serbian minister himself, Periscopi writes. He said they witnessed 20 people for the violence he and [...]
He said they have witnessed 20 people for the violence he has been practicing and that institutions can be called a safeguard party when the judicial process begins.
“Nenad Ricalo has been charged by neighborhood residents “dania” that he has been practicing violence during wartime. Truth cannot be official, but citizens. Not three institutions, but 20 people. When the trial begins, then the institutions can be called a safeguard party. Imagine that institutions like AKI, the Prosecution Police had told you they were having data. Haradinaj has asked them a question in which if they responded positively they would destroy themselves. Why should I take the burden of proof from the government and other institutions? Why not Ricardo? There has been genocide in Kosovo. Over 10,000 civilians were killed and thousands violated. We've declared independence, but without decolonization or self-determination. In order to have peace and democracy, it is imperative that every Serb over 36 have the burden of proof of where he was during wartime. Not to be asked three institutions when 20 citizens are witnessing. I guess even if some Serb did nothing, you know someone who did something show is part of the crime. I don't want to blame the Serbs. We Albanians are not all the same. It's not even Serbs. I met a Serb who was in Kosovo during the NATO bombings. I do not match all Serbs”, Kurti said./Periscopi
