About 25 people protesting in Dresden failed to prevent the expulsion of Kosovo and its eight children.
Following protests against deportation of this large family from Dresden to Kosovo, police have fined two persons protesting, due to opposition against police officers, reports the German newspaper Die Welt.
The deportation of the 37-year-old woman from Kosovo with her eight children, ages between two and 17, was carried out on orders by the State Directorate of Saxony.
After a request for asylum of the Kosovo family had been rejected, the family had not taken advantage of the possibility of voluntarily leaving Germany, said a Regional Office spokesman, so the expulsion was ordered.
