After the LDK's departure, session leader Xhavit Haliti proposed that the Parliament go on pause until it is decided whether the LDK will return or not to hold this session.
If that bill is not adopted, Kosovo risks losing 71m euros.
The Democratic League of Kosovo has voiced opposition to the vote of a several million financial agreement known as the IPA. At Monday's session, LDK Parliamentary Group chief Avdullah Hoti has declared that MPs from this party will not participate in ratification of the IPA agreement if the country's Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is not accountable for how the Kosovo Government is formed.
Otherwise, other subjects such as PDK, AAK, AKR and Vetevendosje are in the hall pending follow-up.
