Independent MP of the Kosovo Parliament, Korab Sejdiu, at today's parliamentary session has sought video evidence for the Serbian judges' oath.
He has said that, in contrast to other cases of swearing by judges before the president of the Republic, only news and no photograph or video have appeared yesterday, indicating that Serbian judges have sworn to observe the Constitution of the Republic.
We're looking for some evidence to appear, a video where this thing is proven. And has there been concessions to convince Serbian judges to swear to implement the Kosovo Constitution”, Sejdiu has said.
He has also said he is concerned that the border is moving with Montenegro, and for that he has sought clarification from Prime Minister Haradinaj.
