The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has praised the campaign as calm, without tensions, without insults and much more acceptable, compared to the preliminary ones.

KMDLNj says that during this campaign, the lack of numerous former practicers was observed, when there were also numerous complaints about their tear.

According to them, in reality, candidates for mayors and assemblies invested more tools for promoting them using written media, visual and social networks that imply that much more financial means have been spent than in previous elections, but that these expenses have become more sophisticated perhaps to hide campaign funding sources for contestants.

The main bar was the leaders of political subjects who left no stone unturned to secure votes. Misuse of children, institutional resources were less than in the past, and PZAP was effective in pronouncing penalties in the event it was proven to be a violation of campaign rules. A tension among Serbian political subjects was stressed due to Serbia's flagrant intervention in the campaign, and perhaps it will repeat the day of the vote. Organizations monitoring the campaign did their work with professionalism and correction, as did the CEC. A fair move was made that the certified candidates were again certified despite opposition from international diplomats who in many cases did not abide by the Vienna Convention regulating their mandate and responsibilities in the countries they serve. In the case of Kosovo, it could be interpreted as an attempt to intervene in the election process and the election outcome. KMDLNj had earlier proposed that even now it requires that a legal basis be listed when one could be denied running, whether for parliamentary elections for local ones or not to create a chaos that serves for political warfare and the elimination of certain candidates and clearly testifies to the implementation of dual standards and the attempt of animation for a certain political subject or weakness of the other. In this context it has had to be determined that the campaign month is the mortorium of holding court hearings, establishing acts that are being carried out at a speed that is not common to our circumstances or arrests that may be described as supporting acts for any political and punitive subject. This mortorium would be implemented until the time the legal basis that regulates this issue is being implemented for all of us. What logic is there in arresting someone and keeping him in jail for hours and then letting him participate in political campaign or activity. This mortorium would exclude cases that do not expect”, the KMDLNj communiqué said.

KMDLNj has also stopped at the establishment of the indictment for Besiana mayoral candidate Ajet Pottera who has damaged KEDS before the vote is extremely suggestive and attempting to harm it politically, Ayes Pottera so long ago that KEDS, ruthlessly, unscrupulous, and unlawfully robbing electricity suppliers (Albanians and non-Serbs), even robbing these citizens on ethnic grounds because the bills for northern Kosovo Serbs pay Kosovo and non-Serb consumers.

According to KMDLNj, the prosecution has had to file charges against these KEDS digital thieves and those who beat this robbery of the <x0 legalized” before dealing with Ajet Potter and other assets in Kosovo that they could most easily repay debts to this looting company that does not recognise the laws of Kosovo and the decisions of this country's courts.

KMDLNj wishes the election day to pass smoothly and successfully complete this election process.
