The Emergency Medicine Centre in Pristina is failing to use even half of its 14 ambulances, due to its lack of staff, KTV reports.
In 2014 the final employment has been made at this center, and since then some of the staff say it has left, but without being replaced.
Within a 12-hour working schedule, the Emergency Medicine Center operates with only 3 ambulances.
Gashi says that within a working schedule, some 130 calls for emergency situations -- and because of this problem -- cannot be helped.
Officials from this centre claim to have made continued demands on the Health Directorate in Pristina, and a solution has not yet been found.
No answers have been given at the Health Directorate. Through the phone they said that Principal Arben Vitita is dealing with the election campaign.
