North Korean Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations Organisation Kim In Rijong said at the General Assembly's Armed Assembly Committee that the situation on the Korean Peninsula has reached its critical point and that nuclear war could begin at any moment.
The north-korean diplomat further added that after the newest missile and nuclear tests, his country has crossed the last gate on the path to being nuclear power, possibly to launch a nuclear attack. He noted, among other things, that the entire United States territory is in the range of Penian missile action.
Just hours after this threat from Peniani, US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan, said Washington, however, does not rule out the possibility of direct conversations with Peniani.
