Full note:
The recent suspensions of three Kosovo Correcting Service officials have been made in order to pave the way for an independent investigation into the recent case of the escape of a person who was in distress with the sentence in Dubrava, while fleeing KKUK, where it was for treatment. I'm going to have this independent investigation, and I don't have a prejudice on anyone, but I'm going to be incompatible that responsibility goes to the address of whatever it is. I'm closely cooperating with the police and prosecutor's bodies so that the person can return to the suffering of punishment. May this message be perfectly understood: No responsibility will be punished. I won't allow any offense without addressing him where he belongs.
