Mustafa carried out his civic duty without hindrance, writes Periscope.
The CEC says valid voter documents are valid IDs, valid passports, travel documents, valid cards of displaced persons, refugee cards. While such a document used by Isa Mustafa is nowhere mentioned.
By law, if anyone were to file a complaint about the case, the commissioners would be punished, but as such, nothing was taken.
Commissioners had to take it back, while observers and NGOs have that claim right. /Periscopi/
