The State Prosecutor, in advance, assigned the 48-hour ban, KTV reports.
Lawyer Gazmend Halilaj is convinced he will be released with regular procedure, as he says the clash has taken place without any intention.
But another version of the incident is given by journalist Vehbi Kaitazi.
Lawyer Gazmend Halilaj has called on the prosecution for his defense case to be treated only as an easy physical attack and not to take on political overtones, since, according to him, his client did not know he was being attacked by a journalist.
Vehbi Kajazi is convinced that Thaci attacked him because of his writings about the discovery of Milaim Zeka's fraud.
He even says there is evidence that the attacker is Milaim Zeka's driver and has asked the Kosovo Prosecution, the expansion of his investigations and involvement in the case.
Shortly before midnight, Fitim Thaci has surrendered to Pristina Police Station number 2.
He didn't talk about the media, except that he didn't know who Cateze was and that he supposedly didn't know about his writings to Milaim Zeka.
