The husband rapes his ex-girlfriend, kills her and then eats her body parts (Photo)

A man in Indiana has been charged with killing his former girlfriend, who had eaten her body parts, a judge announced on Wednesday. District Judge Clark Vicki Carmichael considered 36-year-old Joseph Oberhansley mentally disabled after hearing the evidence of three doctors who interviewed him, reports “Mail”, Periscopi.

Prosecutors claim that Oberhansley entered the home of Jeffersonville, his 46-year-old ex-girlfriend, Tammy Jo Blancon, in September 2014 where he raped her, shot her to death, and then ate her body parts.

The Southern Indiana man under Homeland Psychiatric Developments, desponding his existence that he's compatible for trial. The prosecutor still intends for the case to go to test eventually

Carmichael ordered defence lawyers Brent Westerfeld and Bart Betteau, who filed a motion in February, saying Oberhansley was unable to participate in his defence or fully understand judicial procedures.

“He is suspicious, paranoid, uncommunicative and concerned, the Court reported, saying there was a complete darkness in communication between them and Oberhansley.

District Attorney Clark Jeremy Mulll said he intends to bring the case to trial eventually.

Earlier, he was classified with a serious psychological disorder.

Oberhansley told him the police he broke into Blancon's Jefferson home, killed her, then her heart, parts of her brain and sounds

Oberhansley, who faces murder, rape, and abuse on death charges, will undergo treatment from “recuration of competence” in an attempt to prove it later.
