Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, reporting to the Kosovo Assembly for Agriculture Minister Nenad Ricalo, who has allegedly committed war crimes in Kosovo, has said he has sought official information from the mechanisms responsible for the issue, and none of them has submitted information about Rikallo's incriminating violence to Albanians.
Haradinaj said that based on information provided by the Directorate for Intelligence and Analysis, the Special Prosecutor, the Kosovo Intelligence Agency and KMLDNj there are no reported cases that Nenad Ricalo committed violence or torture against Albanians.
Haradinaj has read the answers of each of the above-mentioned mechanisms:
“Director for Intelligence and Analysis: There are no reported cases in the KP intelligence system. From the Special Prosecutor I got this answer: We inform you that no sign or case on the PSP database is identified. AKI has not delivered any information to the State Attorney for the person Nenad Ricalo. According to KMLDNI in its 1999-2000 bulletins there is no evidence, declaration or evidence incriminating Nenad Reikallon for violence against Albanians”, Haradinaj said, referring to the responses of these mechanisms that were officially addressed in connection with Rikallos' possible involvement in war crimes.
