Brikena relates that their relationship was serious because they decided to ask for their hand. But her family thought this was “a street love”. Brickena's father, Faik, was told that the boy would be trafficked to Brikena abroad, so he denounced them to the police. The boy was afraid, and when she learned of her pregnancy, she fled to Turkey with the excuse for having had an accident.

I was born. I go to the hospital with $10,000 to get rid of it, but nobody took it away. I had no money, no financial assistance, the baby's dad hung up on my phone... I had no choice. I couldn't tell my parents that I had trouble killing me, that they didn't kill me with the whole baby. I was so scared! ”

Faik says that he was unaware of his daughter's pregnancy and that everything was learned when her birth pains were sent to the hospital.

We were against and didn't want that gesture. Didn't once the man who wanted to come home say: Father, I love this, it loves me. I didn't. ”

Brikena relates that her parents did not love her and that after her birth, she was asked to abandon her. In a difficult psychological state, she signed a notary letter to abandon the baby. But Faik says that if their relationship had been formalized, the situation would not have been. He claims that the police's denouncing of his daughter was because after the birth of the child Brikena disappeared, so he sought to find her.

I don't protect you today for being here. I never protect you with all my children! Go anywhere you want, your husband, whatever you want, old or little. I will never accept you because you're ruined, fucked up from my house! ”

But Brikena is illiterate, so she can't read and write. So she wasn't aware of the letter about abandoning the baby, which she signed because the director of the Elbasan hospital told her that she would be taken to the orphanage and then could take her.

But she ended up in Italy and was held hostage until she was alone, since she was too weak to be trafficked. She recognized him from the clothing they bought and phoned his father for help, saying that he was sick because he could not tell the truth. Brikena says she found the excuse that her aunt had passed away, that she could come back and warn the police. But when she returned, Faik did not take her home because public opinion considers her daughter to be a slow one.

I'm not a prostitute and I shouldn't work for traffickers! I'm not working for myself who's in the middle of four streets and I'm working with the traffickers. I've got a girl and I'm fried.

Brikena left the baby in a nun's house because she had no economic chance to hold it, but they were addressed to the Elbasan District Court on this matter. According to Article 250 of the Family Code, the court can declare the child abandoned if the biological parent has no contact with the relevant institution for more than a year and Brikena has not contacted. She already lives in Greece, as she works to earn revenue and has no information on this law. This is also her main concern, the loss of her daughter again, and this time finally.

In a statement, Brikena has asked the institution to look after her daughter for an indefinite period of time, but rightly to meet and recover her when she can. But on the 12/03.2017, this institution has filed a denouncing, claiming they don't know where Brikena is.

Juristi Eni Cobani gives the girl the right home because they are legally right, but Brikena had left her grandparents to meet her daughter. Since there is no official record of accepting grandparents to meet the girl, they have not registered their grandparents.

But in the final paragraph of Article 250, it is said that if a family member asks for a meeting with the child, the court cannot declare him abandoned.

Brikena asks her father at this mediation session to stand by and not abandon her. Faik changes his mind and agrees to open the door to his daughter and niece.
