Erdogan said the operation is a new step towards placing security in Idlib.
He told the media that Turkish soldiers are not found in Idlibu, but they are supporting the Syrian opposition army for freedom from Turkish territory.
Erdogan said Turkey would not abandon civilians in Idlib and that it would not allow “terrorist commander” in northern Syria.
The perpetrators in Idlib are fighting against the Tahir al-Sham group, the former Nusra frontman, the branch of Al-Qaeda in Syria.
