However, Sekiraqa had broken the measure of house arrest by meeting with persons outside the family, which she was forbidden by the court and after that, the house arrest measure was returned to custody.
Otherwise, Enver Sekiraqa was convicted and sentenced by the Pristina Foundation Court in May 2016 in 37 years for inciting the murder of Kosovo police, Triumf Riza.
He is charged with three criminal acts, while the main charge is for committing the serious murder of Kosovo Police member.
Prosecutor Andree Carney has accused Enver Sekiraca of pushing for the murder of police officer Triumf Riza in August 2007 in Pristina.
Sekiraca was accused of inciting Arben Berisha to carry out the murder of Kosovo Police Police Police Police Officer Triumf Riza and other works.
For Riza's murder, Arben Berisha is sentenced to 30 years in prison, as well as two others.
